Before Your Appointment
- Health and Safety First: If you, anyone in your household, or anyone you have been in close contact with exhibits symptoms of a respiratory illness (such as a high temperature, new continuous cough, or loss of taste/smell), or if you have tested positive for a contagious illness, please contact us immediately to reschedule your appointment.
- Arrival Protocol: To maintain a calm and private clinical environment, please attend your appointment unaccompanied unless physical assistance is medically necessary. We kindly request that children do not accompany you to the clinic at this time.
- Digital Pre-Screening: You will receive a digital health screening and consultation form via text or email before your scheduled visit. This must be completed and returned online prior to your arrival.
At the Clinic
- Hygiene Practices: Upon entering the clinic, we kindly ask that you utilize the medical-grade hand sanitiser stations available at reception and throughout our treatment rooms.
- Personal Belongings: To minimize surface contact, please limit the personal belongings and extra items you bring into the clinic space.
- Contactless Environment: To reduce physical handling, we encourage contactless payment methods, credit/debit cards, or pre-arranged bank transfers for your treatments.
